Follow up Notices

A follow up notice is a reminder to those companies you have previously invited that they need to either accept or decline the invitation to the project. The follow up notice functionality is available in the Utility Functions drop down menu.

Using the follow up notice will automatically go through your entire bidder list and send a follow up notice to all companies with an invited status. If they have already accepted or declined they will not be bothered with a follow up notice.
