Re-Sending an Invitation to bid

If you are looking at the View by ITB page the best way to resend an incitation is to click on the company’s folder and reset their status to Pending.

Once you have changed this you will see the “Issue 1 Invitations” button appear at the top of the page.

You can continue changing companies back to pending if you have more than one Invitation to resend. When you are all ready to resend click the “Issue X Invitations” button to resend the Invites.
