Primary Project Contact

Clicking on the drop down menu in the name field will produce the list of internal users in your CO.

The Primary Project Contact will be listed on the Invite to Bid as the main point of contact for questions the vendors might have.

When you select a user that users information automatically pops into the fields.

If this information is incorrect it can be changed in the Administration section under Internal Users.
