View by ITB vs View by CSI

In the Invitation to Bid section there are two main ways of looking at your Bidders list. View by ITB and View by CSI. The View by ITB allows you to see the Bidder list in alphabetical order while the View by CSI arranges the companies into the CSI codes they are going to be invited to bid upon.

Both the View by ITB and View by CSI areas are used to:

Search for Bidders

Send ITBs

Individually Manage Bid Responses from Bidders

Update a Bidders Profile

Print Bidders Lists

The View by ITB list however affords you these options:

Sending Bulk Mail

To individual Bidders

To Groups of Bidders

To All Bidders

Manage Bid Results in Bulk

Create Verification reports on sent invitations

Send follow up notices to all Bidders

Remove Bidders from the list, individually or in bulk

Pull up a Bidder History reports, individually or in bulk

The View by ITB section was created to manage the bidding process with things like bulk mail and ITB Delivery status.
