Building your Bidders List/Definition of ITB

The Invite to Bid (ITB) section of the project is where you will be building your list of bidders to invite on the project.

These Bidders can come from your company’s Private Vendor Directory, they can come from the iSqFt Public Vendor Directory, or you can create on the fly if you don’t find them in either the Private or Public Directories.

The steps to sending out a project are as Follows:

Create you Bidders list

Search Private Vendor Directory

Search iSqFt’s Public Vendor Directory

Import an existing saved Bidder List

Preview the Invite Notifications

Send the Invite Notifications

Manage the Bid Responses
