Searching Specs for Keywords

Click on the icon to bring up the following window:

Enter the keyword or keywords. Select to search in either the current page or the entire document. Then click the Find Next button.

The search will move to the first place it finds the keyword. In this example, it has brought up page 5 and highlighted the keywords. This feature is also available on the project level.

Click on the Search button and the screen above will be displayed. This will search all the spec books on this project for a keyword or key phrase.
