Batch Printing Plans

The Batch Print feature allows multiple plans to be printed at one time. This feature is available to both internal users and vendors who will be looking at the project on-line. To batch print, select all the desired plans by placing a check next to the plan name. Then click the Print button at the bottom of the page. The same print properties apply to the batch print feature that applied to the single print feature on page 76.

Batch Printing Plans Tip

There are different properties to be setup for each set of plans on the iSqFt network. These properties can change from one plan set to another. For example, page size differs from project to project. When batch printing, one plan out of the set should be printed to ensure that the settings are correct. After checking the first drawing of the set, go to the screen shown above and print the batch. This tip will save paper and time.
