Email or Fax vs. Email and Fax

Faxes out of iSqFt cost ten cents a page. Emails are Free. The email and/or fax feature allows you some control as the GC. If you want to send both emails and faxes to everyone listed in the To… field click the Email AND Fax selection.

If you just want to send emails, and then faxes, if there is no email address available click the Email OR Fax selection.

Subject

If you are building your message from the Invite to Bid area the Subject line will already be populated with the project name information.

If you are building the message from the Communications section, you can enter in your own Subject. In either case you can edit the Subject line before sending.

Include Project Details

Checking this box will include the project details at the bottom of your message. As shown below:
