Manage Communications

We also will be introducing a new Communication Manager to customize your daily iSqFt Project Updates email messages. You will now have the ability to focus your daily Project Updates email to only report on projects posted in the counties where you do work or CSI codes. To configure your preferences, select the My Profile option under the Administration menu along the top and scroll down to Manage Communications.

Who is affected by this change?

All iSqFt Internet Plan Room subscribers and Invitation to Bid recipients will be upgraded to this user interface and navigation layout. Please note Private Construction Office users and IPR Plan Room Administrators are not directly affected by this change, however your users will now have an easy to use experience.

Will I be able to keep my current iSqFt layout?

With the upgraded features being provided it is the best interest of all iSqFt Internet Plan Room users and Invitation to Bid recipients to use the new layout. In addition, with everyone using the same interface, support and training can be focused on that single interface.

Will I be able to delete notifications from my Notifications Inbox?

The introduction of the Archive button provides you with a way to hide notifications from view in this release. A Filter that will allow you to view your Archived notifications and un-Archive them in case you may have archived a notification by mistake is also included.

How will my Tracked Projects be affected? Will I have to re-Track them?

Your previously Tracked Projects will not be affected by this enhancement. You will be able to access your Tracked Projects from the top navigation by selecting Public Plan Room > Project Tracking.

What is the best resolution for optimal viewing of the new iSqFt Interface?

When can I anticipate seeing these new features on my account?

These new features will be released in the next several weeks. More information will be provided several days in advance of the release date.

How were these new features conceived and developed?

Theses changes are a direct result of customer feedback. We have spent several months reviewing these changes both internally and with our iSqFt User Panel - a broad cross-section of iSqFt users who have volunteered their time to provide input on how the changes would be most effective.
