Descriptions of the ITB Standings

This standing represents that a company has been invited to bid but that the company has not yet responded to that invitation.

This standing represents that the company accepted the invitation to bid.

This standing represents a company that has had access to the project revoked by the project manager. If you set a company’s status to Revoked they will stay in the list so you can see that at one time you invited them, but it shuts off their access to see the project online. If you wish to remove them from the list entirely use the Remove Bidder function in the Utility Functions drop down menu.

This status represents companies that have declined the invitation to bid.

This status represents companies that have not been issued an invitation to bid.

This status lets you signify the companies that did actually turn in a bid on Bid Day. Did Bid allows you to discern between companies that said they were going to turn in a bid (Accepted) and those that did.

This status represents companies that were awarded the bid.
