Posting paper docuements to an Addenda on iSqFt
Definition of an Addendum on iSqFt
When an addendum is created on any project on iSqFt the system sends out an automatic notification to the companies on the Bidder List. This notification gets sent to companies that have accepted the invitation or those that have not responded at all to the invitation. Companies that have declined the bid will not be notified of the new addendum.
How to send paper documents to iSqFt to be posted as addendum documents.
8 ½ x 11
If your addendum’s documents are 8 ½ x 11 sheets of paper you can fax them directly to iSqFt to be loaded to the site.
Set your Fax machine to Fine Quality and send to the following number
866-947-4194
Cover Sheet
When using the Addendum Fax line you will not need to include a fax cover page, if page one of the addendum lists the Addendum number, the project name, and the name of the GC (which you will probably need to write in by hand).
Once you fax this into iSqFt, the iSqFt Formatting team will create the addendum for you and upload the documents to the website. This will trigger the automatic notifications to be sent.
Paper sizes larger than 8 ½ x 11
iSqFt Plan Center: You can use the Fed Ex Label button on the Details page to send the documents into the iSqFt Plan Center. See the help menu on the Details page for more info.
Local Repro: If you do not have the time to wait for this addendum document to be scanned at the iSqFt Plan Center you might want to have a local repro scan the documents into
Group 4 tiff files (black and white 200 DPI)
You can have that local repro send the plans to iSqFt directly, (See the help on how to upload electronic documents to iSqFt)
Or
You can have the repro give you a copy of the tiffs. Which you can in turn upload to the addendum on the website directly from your computer. (See the help on how to upload electronic documents to iSqFt)
