Adding Bidders and Removing Codes

By default when you add a bidder to the Bidder list they will come in pending an invitation to every CSI code that matches between their profile and the project.  So for instance if you had searched for and selected ABC Drywall while searching by the code 09250 – Drywall, if ABC Drywall is also listed in 09900 painting they will also be pending an invitation for painting as well

Looking at the View by CSI ABC Drywall will be listed in two different sections

 

Removing Codes

In the case that you don’t want a sub to receive an invitation to a specific division, lets take for instance the example above.  If you do not want ABC Drywall to receive the Painting invitation….in the View by ITB area click on the red x next to the Painting code.

This pop up box will appear and you will need to answer it accordingly.  Then click the Go Button.

If you are in the View by CSI area you would need to place a checkmark next to the pending box and then click on the Utility Functions drop down menu:

 

In the Utility Functions drop down menu click the Remove Assigned CSI link.
