Show Standing Counts

Clicking on Show Standing Counts will give you a lay out of company status information.  It looks like this:

Now you can see how many customers invited how many of those have accepted and declined ect.

 

If you are wondering about the color coding.

Red – Means you don’t have any companies invited to bid on that section of work.

Yellow – Means you have at least one company invited or pending an invitation in that section of work, but no companies have accepted the bid invite.

Green – Means you have at least one company that has accepted their invitation for that section of work.

 

Clicking on the little plus icon will bring up the list of companies involved in this section and show their Standings:

 

More details can be added to the project by clicking on the Utility Function Drop down menu and selecting the CSI Detail button. This will bring up the Edit CSI Details box.  You can use this to add CSI codes to the project that you might have forgot upon initial project setup.
