Clicking on the pencil icon in the mouse box opens up the palette option box at the bottom of the window. The palette enables the user to:

put a sticky note or text message on the plan.

rectangle highlight.

circle highlight.

mark the spot with an "X".

draw a horizontal, vertical, and diagonal line.

draw a free-form line.

Annotating Plans

The annotations made on the drawings are NOT stored on-line. They are stored on the hard drive. These annotated changes are not posted for invited vendors to see. When printing the drawings, the annotations can be on them.
