Project Setup Definitions

Legal Title: This is the full name of the project. This field will hold up to 255 characters and has no restrictions on what characters can be used.

Project Name: This is the shortened name of the project. This field will only hold up to 55 characters. It will not accept the following characters: “ ‘ / \ _ & ! @ # $ % ^ * ( ) { } [ ] |

Bid Date: This field will only accept a date in the mm/dd/yyyy format. If the date is not entered correctly, it will automatically return to that field and prompt you how to enter the date in correctly.

Project Number: This filed is to be used for your internal project numbering system if you have one. It will accept numbers as well as letters.

Bids To: This field tells vendors to whom to submit their bids.

Publish: If this project should not be visible to vendors right away, uncheck the Publish button. When the publish box is checked, the project will be visible to vendors.

Project ID: This number is automatically assigned by the site when the project is created. This is iSqFt’s reference number for the project.
