Miscellaneous Project Functions
Updating and Editing Detail Information
If you have updated any of the information on the Project Details page, before you leave the page you will need to remember to click the button located in the upper right hand corner.
History of a Project
The History button displays a log of all activity that has occurred on a particular project. The report will look like the following:
This log will track any changes made to the Details page. It will also show the date, time and the name of the person who made the changes.
Copy a Project
The Copy button can be used to make a copy of an existing project. The copy of the project will include all information on the Details page and all the Design Team information that has been setup.
The copy function creates a new project titled "copy of...." Rename the project, and then update any information.
Delete
This will send the project to the deleted Projects folder.
This function prints out the Details page.
